    *Monthly auto-pay: Memberships can be canceled at any time with 30 days notice BEFORE your next billing cycle to immediately apply your ‘prepaid last month’. Any payment scheduled within 30 days of cancellation notice will be processed, and your ‘prepaid last month’ applied for the following month.

    Refund Policy

    Yoga Classes/Memberships:  No refunds on memberships, class packages or classes.

    Special Workshops: Many of our special workshops and events have a “no refunds” policy. Take note of the applicable refund information upon registration. For some workshops and events, cancellation is possible and must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit to your Greenheart account.  If canceled within 24 hours of the event, no refund will be issued.  We cannot “hold” spaces at workshops or special events without payment.

    Products: Generally, all sales are final.  Consumable products are non-refundable.  Clothing and other non-consumable products, if defective, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase along with original receipt only.  No other refunds are available.
